The Apostille & Notary Service provides remote online notarizations worldwide. Our goal is to make the process as simple and convenient as possible by using the best remote online platform there is; NOTARIZE! You can complete notarizations by using your smart phone, tablets and computers.
It is your responsibility to make sure the receiving party accepts remote online notarizations.

STEP 1: SEND DOCUMENTS
Click here to upload your document(s). We prefer that you provide your documents in the form of a PDF.
STEP 2: PROOF OF IDENTITY
You will be emailed a link. You will then be asked a series of questions generated by a knowledge-based authentication (KBA) to prove your identity. It is important that you provide a valid, pictured, US ID during this step.
STEP 3: LET’S MEET
After passing your KBA, we will meet online via computer and webcam to notarize your document(s).
